IU School of Medicine faculty, students and staff can submit news items to InScope by emailing the InScope editorial team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
InScope encourages the submission of campus, department and school news, events, student activities, grant opportunities, award announcements and other types of information about the school’s statewide community. The deadline for submissions is noon on Wednesdays.
Individuals may also submit event information to IU School of Medicine Events Calendar and the school’s digital signage system, MedTV. Please see below for more information on all three internal communications platforms:
InScope is the official internal newsletter for IU School of Medicine faculty, staff and students. The submission email for InScope is email@example.com. For general tips on submission format, see the InScope Style Guide.
MedTV is a digital signage system with screens located across core facilities on the Indianapolis campus. To learn how submit events to MedTV, please read the submission guidelines. To ensure adequate time for approval and circulation, please submit events at least two weeks prior to the event date.
The IU School of Medicine calendar is online at https://medicine.iu.edu/events/. The web lead for each department and campus can enter events to the calendar system directly or submit events to the Office of Strategic Communications by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
